For young dogs socialisation is essential and a couple of days of daycare a week is a perfect way for your dog to learn these life skills, a dog that has not been socialised is likely to become aggressive towards other dogs and sometimes to humans, giving your dog the chance to interact with other dogs and humans is a good way to prevent these problems.
Exercise is essential for all dogs, dogs that don’t get enough exercise can soon become destructive around the house and constantly seek attention, here at Mitton our aim is to send home a well exercised and relaxed dog that you can enjoy.

The most important thing to us is that we get to know each dog individually by keeping the number of dogs to a small pack so we can assess the nature and character of each dog. All dogs will need to pre-assessed before they are allowed to join the pack a full and honest appraisal will be made and any issues how they are best addressed.

Absolutely brilliant doggy day care! Otis (my 1 year old dachshund) has been going since he was 4 months old. He adores Ellie and all of his friends, it’s great for socialising and he comes home exhausted and happy. He’s always super excited when he gets there, doesn’t look back as I leave, I know he’s in great hands. The updates and videos throughout the day are fab, peace of mind plus very funny! This is a fantastic doggy day care facility! Ellie is experienced, kind and enthusiastic - our dog loves her! She cares for the dogs, exercises them and plays tirelessly. The facility itself is well-equipped, clean, conducive for stimulation for dogs of all ages and most importantly, a safe environment. I cannot recommend Mitton Hall Doggy Daycare highly enough!
